Refund Policy
At The Coris, your satisfaction is important to us. All returns and exchanges follow our supplier's policies.
When you can request a return
- Defective, damaged, or misprinted items:You have up to 30 days after receiving the product to request a return or refund.
- Packages lost in transit: Claims must be submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
- Incorrect or insufficient address: If the address provided is deemed insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the fulfillment center. Reshipment costs will be the customer's responsibility.
- Unclaimed orders: Orders that are not claimed and returned to the fulfillment center may be donated to charity after 30 days and will not be eligible for a refund.
Items not accepted for return
- Made-to-order or personalized products, as defined under EU Directive 2011/83/EU Article 16(c) and (e).
- Sealed goods not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons once opened.
- Returns for buyer's remorse are generally not accepted, except where required by local law.
How to request a return
- Contact thecoristore@gmail.com with your order number, photos of the item, and a description of the issue.
- Our team will review your claim and provide return instructions if applicable.
- Once received and inspected, we will issue a free replacement or reshipment (in cases of our error) or a refund to the original payment method (when applicable).
Return shipping costs
If the issue is due to a production error, damage in transit, or our mistake, return shipping and reshipment will be covered by us. In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return and reshipment costs.
Processing times
Requests are typically processed within 10 business days after the item arrives at the fulfillment center. Approved refunds are issued within 7–10 business days after approval and may take up to 3 additional days to appear in your bank account.

• Returns for buyer’s remorse are generally not accepted, except where required by local law (for customers in Brazil, a 7-day withdrawal period applies under local consumer law, subject to verification).

3. Once the item is received and inspected, we will take the appropriate action:
• Free replacement or reshipment (in cases of our error).
• Refund to the original payment method (when applicable).

Important notes
• Returns are directed by default to our fulfillment partner’s facility. If you use an alternative return address, you may be liable for returned shipments you receive.
• Unclaimed returns may be donated to charity after 30 days without refund.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns and keeping proof of postage. The Coris is not responsible for lost or untracked returns unless due to our error.
